So I have mixed emotions about this chair bc it's cute, reclines, lifts and compartments for remotes and cup holders. Checks all of those boxes. I did read reviews up front and I realize the dollar point isn't the highest. I still feel when you advertise something it should work. I wasn't expecting much vibration from massage and there isn't. I was expecting some heat though and I honestly can't feel any. I was sure my husband had crossed some wires. Contacted seller and response was that there was very little. So what I thought I was purchasing was a knock off instead of a name brand that worked. So for the price I can't be mad if the chair doesn't fall apart but I wouldn't advertise this as heat or a massaging chair.
