4 Star is ONLY because of the motor
Very comfortable, good for the price, easy to get in n out of chair,, a very good recliner for the elderly or injured people, massage and heat work very well one! The ONLY reason I'm giving a 4 star. My mom lives in a highrise we all know how the elderly don't like annoying noise. The motor is a bit loud! I do highly recommend recliner IF they can fix the loud motor!
