Review on 🐱 Convenient and Nutritious: Weruva Classic Cat Slide N' Serve Grain-Free Wet Pate Cat Food Pouches by Josh Akin

My picky wife loves it!

My 13 year old cat has lost weight on the last few visits to the vet which scared me because it happened just before my cat died a few years ago. She's always been a bit of a picky eater and ate a bit here and there during the day, but she used to be a bit chubby so I knew she would eat sometimes even though I didn't see her doing it. В последнее время, несмотря на потерю веса, я знаю, что она не так много ест, и почти все, что я ставлю перед ней, она подходит к миске, как будто она голодна, нюхает ее, а затем сразу же уходит, не прикасаясь to her. She has had urinary and bladder problems in the past so the vet recommended Hill's Prescription c/d and I fed her dry food for years. She doesn't seem to particularly like the wet version. Aside from the weight loss, I no longer see her drinking from her fountain and seems to prefer bath water. So I looked for wet food that she liked to eat so I could make sure she was getting both calories and liquid in hopes of filling her up a bit. I feel like I've tried every wet food in the world. I tried real chicken broth. She will lick up the broth and leave the food behind. I've tried chunky/chunky sauces. She licks the sauce off, leaving chunks behind. Pies are a shitty hunt. Today she eats it, the next day she doesn't. Even if she does eat it, she will seldom eat enough to make sure she is full. I found Weruva "Stews" and also picked up a few cans of these while at the pet store because I haven't tried them on her yet. When I opened the jar and looked at her I thought she would NEVER eat it. It looks like jelly. It's not like cat food looked appetizing to begin with, but this thing just doesn't suit me. :) Well, a miracle happened. I put it in a bowl and she ate it! And lots of it! Almost all! I wouldn't say she ate it with the same vigor as a dog, but it was such a happy feeling for her to see her sit by the bowl for more than a minute when she normally sniffs or just a few bites went away . me. I think I had 3 different types in jars and she seemed to like them all. I bought the sachets thinking they would be easier to store and use and get them to try other scents. So far she has had 2 separate sachet meals (2 different flavors) and both times she has eaten almost all of the food leaving only a little in the bowl for her older brother. So far this is a complete win in my book. She's tried it a few times (in jars and pouches) in different flavors, and none of them seem to get "sick" so far. Yes, it might look unappetizing, but the most important thing is that I found something she would actually eat! She has a follow-up appointment and part of me wants to wait a little longer to see if she gains weight by feeding her for a while. She is a small cat and her 9lb weight is not severely underweight, but I would feel more comfortable if she could maintain a consistent 10lb weight. If you are in doubt and have a picky cat, try this food. It could also be your miracle food.
