Unstable. The laptop tray is SO wobbly and doesn't sit securely on your hand. Everything is adjusted correctly and all screws are tightened, so this is a design flaw. I thought everything was fine but one day while I was using my laptop the tray flipped forward my laptop fell and scratched my new desk like hell. I was an idiot to give this a reason to doubt it and not return it immediately. There are other things I hate about the design of this product. Now I have this wound on my desk as a reminder not to settle for shit.
