The brush wears out quickly. Expected more from the Kent Brush
I used a Parker, Simpson, Muhle and Kent brush. Parker, Simpson and Muhle have done exceptionally well over the years. The Kent brush, on the other hand, wears out quickly, within the first year or so. The company didn't care about my email exchanges. When I asked them to replace it they didn't respond at all. Considering the price of the brush I would have no problem recommending brushes other than Kent in my experience. I expected more given Kent's reputation.
