Review on Zensah Ankle Support 🏐 Compression Volleyball: Optimizing Stability and Performance by Alex Taylor

I have swelling and poor circulation in my legs. These supports don't seem to offer any compression compared to others, and they are expensive. The open toe makes it very difficult for me to get my foot in the shoe. I've bought a variety of compression stockings ranging from ankle to lap length (I have several knee-highs) to choose the best. I use ZyTek Closed Toe, Smooth Toe Crew and Silver Panda. All offer 15-20mg of compression. I couldn't find what they do but it seems like 8-15. By the way, Smooth Toe and Panda were too big. They gave their recommendations based on shoe size 5-6.5cm and shoe size 7-9m. I wear 7 shoes but had to reorder them both in s instead of the recommended medicine. I am very dissatisfied with this brand.
