We got a small, which says it fits sizes 4-6. My daughter wears a 0 in EVERYTHING and the small fit her with very little room to spare. I would DEFINITELY size up, and by our experience, 2 sizes. The dress itself is pretty. My daughter is wearing it to my best friend's wedding. The green is gorgeous - just the right shade, especially with my daughter's auburn hair. The drapes and flows well and feels nice. For the price, its SUPERB, but just keep the sizing issue in mind when ordering.
