Review on Gelbgroup by Marcus Merritt

The team at Gellbgroup is incredible, they are very knowledgeable about our account in addition to their expertise with software products like yardisource! They have been able for us through all of my questions or concerns that I've had over time as we grow together within an organization - so far nothing!! We do not use any other tooling than YardiSource (and maybe Google Analytics) but it's nice knowing there could be issues down stream if needed- just one more way this partnership benefits both parties long term :) I like that Gelbgroup is always available for us when we need support. They are fast to respond, friendly, and knowledgeable. We love that they can handle all of our account management needs. There isn't anything that I dislike about Gelbgroup. They are great! If you're looking to manage a portfolio of buildings, or if you want to focus on one building - Gelbgroup has everything you could ask for.
