I bought two of these (16GB model) in December and had problems with one of them from day one. I've tried many things (like reinstalling OS, upgrading to Windows 10, etc.) and thought it might be a software issue. However, it got worse and eventually it stopped working. I recently contacted Dell support and they even got me to remove the hard drive by reading the manual, listening to their instructions on the phone and removing the back cover. Obviously they don't want their service department to spend 1 hour even if that means they have to spend 3 hours just to identify the problem with a defective product. In the end it turned out that the problem was in the motherboard. I first contacted Dell support on October 18th and the service department is still awaiting a repair part. My wife shares her computer with me, but I don't think that's a reasonable amount of time. I've always been a fan of Dell computers (and their maintenance), but this time they didn't help. I can understand product flaws but the quality of service should be much better. Next time I will try a different brand.
