I've tried many things (like reinstalling OS, upgrading to Windows 10, etc.) and thought it might be a software issue. However, it got worse and eventually it stopped working. Less than 2 months after purchasing this Dell Latitude direct from Dell it stopped working. A week later a technician was sent to my house but they sent a hard drive with no operating system so the laptop didn't work after he left. Dell then sent me a hard drive which I had to replace myself after watching the tutorial videos. Finally changed it after a few hours and it still doesn't work. Downgrading my five star rating to one star as my laptop just died. Let's see what I think after working with tech support. Overall I liked it, but I'd also like to point out that unless I'm using an external mouse, the touchpad is buggy.

I had this computer recently, but so far so good. So light and very durable to the touch and also has many functions. In the future I will write a more detailed review, but so far I really like it.

Worst car I have ever used. The cursor jumps to another line (Word) or a cell many columns and rows away (Excel) whenever it wants or when I press the spacebar. The browser closes without my knowledge. The home and end buttons don't work. Word and Excel load very slowly.
