I was very happy with this product until it broke. I cleaned it according to the instructions and treated it with care. I left town for a few days. Cleaned it up before leaving. When I came back I refilled it and it wasn't working properly. Looks like a part is broken. When I turn it on it seems to work, but the evaporating water doesn't come out the top like it used to. Rather, he is stuck in the base. I cleaned it and let it dry. Not sure what's wrong but I'm disappointed it didn't last longer.
