1 star because they don't work. I installed the right side first and couldn't get the light to work so I tried installing the left side and they worked. I did some troubleshooting on the right side and when I pressed the metal against one of the capacitors a light came on indicating the misplacement. I called to request the replacement of this side of the product as I had already spent several hours troubleshooting and still had several hours to spend with the support team, but received a call back the next day and was told that I would receive a replacement product. . Then they called me again to say that I would not be getting a replacement but that I would have to return the complete item and not just the faulty right hand chains. I'm fed up with canceling my return and upon investigation found that the right side of this product is COMMONLY defective. When it works, it's very cool. If you don't, you won't get any help and will lose more than 5 hours and $35.
