May need rework to work. Large splashes

I almost returned the package after installation problems. The inner box of the printer was a little loose, but that was okay. All parts were intact: with two bidet inserts/valves, with two sets of parts including a water pipe in a metal mesh, a metal tee/adapter and 4 rubber washers. This is my second time installing a toilet seat bidet, so I'm not completely unfamiliar with the details and the process. Installation issue: What worked was after turning off the water and flushing the toilet, simply disconnecting the existing water hose, both hand tight. The flexible metal hose went in just fine without the teflon tape. Not much water came out. Only one towel is needed to keep the area dry. The tee also fits the original plumbing, but I couldn't connect the tee/adapter to the toilet inlet. As it turned out, the conical rubber washer that came with it was so thick that I couldn't screw the adapter in. Installation without a rubber washer turned out. full of holes. After a lot of swearing and arguing, I went to the local hardware store and bought two thinner rubber washers, about 7/8 inch OD. The adapter could be easily screwed in with a thinner rubber washer, without Teflon tape. For people who have complained about the installation, I suspect this could be the problem. The solution is a 78 cent rubber washer with an outside diameter of 7/8 inch. But the fact that a workaround is required means that I do not recommend this article. I probably wouldn't buy it again. imposing. Usually we keep the lid closed and I can clearly see that something has been added. Small but not the most attractive solution. And the "wing" seems weak. Using the included washer when installing the toilet seat made the front seat a flush seat instead of having a large gap. Works well, the indent to disable is very easy to click. Easy to use. for the one I originally bought but it seems to be out of production. I prefer a simple, basic look and not overly stylized with weird imagery. This one was close. Hopefully if the other one is installed well I won't have to think of another bidet for this house. If anyone asked me if I could recommend repairing one, I would recommend this one with one caveat. You may not need to do anything with the washer, but if the tee is the problem then the solution is fairly simple and inexpensive. I have a different bidet that I use every day. In comparison, this one has significantly more water flow than the other, resulting in lots of splattering on the toilet seat that needs to be wiped down after each use. I think the retract function of the atomizer head required more pressure to overcome the initial expansion. Even though the creek was throttled after the creek started, the water was already splashing everywhere. I don't know if I would have bought the device if I had known this, but it is definitely a feature of this bidet.
