Review on 🐴 NATGAI Stainless Steel Automatic Waterer Bowl - Float Valve & Drainage Hole - Farm Grade for Horse, Cattle, Goat, Sheep, Dog by Rebecca Carter

Seems to work! the best in stable supplies

we bought this waterer for our peppa pig. It was a bit of trial and error, but I think we've got it now. Tip: The cheap "Medium Power" hose is not strong enough to be used with this potion. The hose is swollen and clogged. We ended up with an indestructible stainless steel Bionic Steel water hose and it works well. Hopefully it will also be protected from piglets. I'm sure she will play with him. Do not use quick couplings. He'll probably snap (this may be partly because our pig is playing with him). You will need a female to female adapter as both the working end of the hose and the working end of the bowl inlet are male. Use teflon tape. I have a Y-piece on my outside hose so I don't have to unplug Peppa's waterer to use the garden hose. The divider also has separate latches for each side, so I can partially close off Peppa's waterside to avoid over-pressurizing. This bowl doesn't come with fasteners, but we settled for a few stainless steel carriage bolts, washers, and winglets. Nuts from Lowes. It would be nice if the nylon drain nut had wings on the bottom, it's a bit difficult to grip and turn, especially when wet. It's like PITA pulling out the wrench every time I want to clean Piggum's water bowl (she's a dirty beast). I might consider replacing it or adding "non-original" fenders. Of course they exist in these days of 3D printing! :-) Everything says it's a good product, Peppa likes having a continuous supply of water that doesn't tip over or go bad and I like not having to worry about turning her water bowl upside down, to get bonus dirt on a summer day in North Carolina when it's over 90 degrees. :-)

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
