ive bought 4 pairs since 073018 - when they work they are great. but all of sudden they quit

dont think urpower will replace or amazon will stand behind the product because they don't. i've called and emailed both. they say take the battery out and make sure its in correctly. check to see if water is inside. american express did replace a pair which was great since urpower did not. so if all else fails you can go that way. i live in florida it is sunny all the time. i have one pair working now.
