I would only give 2 stars because I'm constantly rummaging around in my backpack looking for things. If you're hiking and don't need access to your backpack at all, this might even be the 5 star product for you. This keeps your backpack dry. It's just a pain to put on when you've got the full package. It takes some time to get used to. Also, god forbid, if you need to get something out of your backpack, have fun taking the buckles off and putting them back on. That didn't work for me. I think it's better to wear a poncho and look like the Hunchback of Notre Dame.
