The main reason I bought the DOSS E-go was because it supports Alexa. The instructions don't explain very well how to connect to Alexa. What you need to do is to connect DOSS E-go to your phone via Bluetooth first, then download the DOSS E-go app and open the app. You'll have to wait a minute or two for it to pair. Once paired, press the Revain Alex login button on the app. Once that's done, you can click the microphone icon on the app to ask Alexa questions or play music, or you can click the microphone button on the DOSS E-go. Also, you can now go to the Alexa app on your phone and select either DOSS E-go or Alexa to play music, but you must keep the DOSS E-go app activated. Unfortunately, I couldn't get Alexa and DOSS-E to play the same song at the same time.
