1. Installation instructions weren't clear about the wiring. ACC is the wire you connect to the ignition wire. On the back is the 12v power line for the backup camera. The radio reception is worse than the old $50 radio I replaced. The time does not remain on the display and the time does not remain correctly set. Not worth the 100.00 I spent. I'm not sure if there might be a firmware update, but from what I've read there aren't any firmware updates. Update 1-6-21 SO that customer support contacted me and suggested another model which is the Android version. They said the old one couldn't be sent either. SO the customer service is great.
