Review on 🔆 LCDOLED 15.6" UHD 4K Touch Screen LCD Display for Lenovo Yoga 710-15 - High Quality Replacement Assembly by Scott Ward

Installation video spot on. That's the main reason I chose this replacement screen. My screen broke due to a known Yoga hinge issue. When trying to open the lid, the hinge detaches from the lid and breaks through the screen. The problem is bad/not enough glue. I removed the old screen following the video instructions and fixed the loosened hinge with JB Weld Quick. I also applied epoxy to the perimeter of the other hinges - insurance, I still felt better. The new screen used a different connector than my wiring harness, but the screen came with the correct wiring harness. I removed and reinstalled the new wiring harness, tested it on the bench with the new screen and all was fine. The assembly was successful, the screen and the touch functions work as they should. The only downside to this set is the type of adhesive strips included. I love that they're included, but they can't be used like the originals did. The OEM strips rotate and protrude from the underside for easy removal. The strips that come with it are simply straight so they can't be removed in the same way if the screen needs to be replaced again. I'm glad they were included and made things easier, but it would be a hassle to do it again later if needed. Anyway, a solid replacement for everything I needed for this repair. I would buy it again if I needed to do another 710 screen repair.
