The controller is very decent but for the price let's say good. It has many notable advantages and disadvantages. Pros: โข The feeling is INCREDIBLE. They feel amazing with a very warm touch, especially when compared to regular Joy-Cons in their comfortable grip. Please note that the vibrations will be very intense out of the box, but you can adjust the vibration intensity according to the instructions. Manual Included โข Compared to the Joy-Cons, the analog thumb sticks are a HUGE improvement due to the concave shape of the thumb pad. However, you will find that the thumbsticks feel a little light and don't hold a lot of pressure. โข Input lag is low, not as low as the Joy-Cons, but still imperceptible. Cons: โข The controller is cosmetically cheap. but it's probably cheap so I can't beat them for that โข Many buttons feel really weird ยฐ D-pad is VERY hard. I'm not sure if it gives more when worn, but out of the box it's very noticeable how hard they're pressed. ยฐ The left and right triggers feel oddly springy and don't seem to have much travel. Given what the "triggers" on the Joy-Cons are, I suspect it's due to the lack of pressure detection, but it still leads to an unusual feel. ยฐ People with big hands might find this controller a bit flimsy. Additional notes: โข The controller is very light. You'll find it's slightly lighter than Joy-Cons in its comfortable grip and a lot lighter than an Xbox One controller (I'd compare it to a PS4 controller but I don't have one). This can be a plus or a minus. depending on your preference. All in all it's a pretty decent controller, not perfect, and it has a lot of annoying features, but also a lot of good ones. If you want something affordable and appreciate the turbo feature, I would definitely recommend this.
