Adheres to the lid of the upper console. Not well designed.
I was very happy about it. Tried to install today. I will turn back. Cons: - Presses on the top center panel of the lid. I made sure I installed it correctly with no gaps at the bottom. - The cables are very long. Makes a big mess in the cabin. This should be designed for model 3. Why wires aren't neat and the right size. Pros: - Charges well. Another observation: - This is not the fault of this charger, but it continues to work when the car is off. Though it may be small, it still eats up battery. I wish there was a switch to turn it on and off. I tried to attach a video showing the top door getting stuck when lifting this charger to access the USB port. For some reason it always fails.
