Review on 💻 Enhanced USB-C Hub with Attached Cable for MacOS and Windows USB-C Laptops by Belkin by Mac Sterling

I bought this to replace my Belkin 3 USB to USB port adapter that worked with the USB-C adapter but needed other connection options. I connected a new hub to the USB-C port on my 2020 MacBook Pro. 2 SSD drives connected. They only appeared on my desktop for a few minutes and then both disappeared. I finally figured out that I need to use pass-through with the power of a Mac. I connected the Mac's power to the passthrough and both drives worked again BUT the passthrough didn't keep the MacBook charging! It looks like this hub needs its own power supply. Very disappointed. Update After speaking to Belkin, it appears to be an issue with Apple's latest Macbook Pro update and compatibility. Because of this upgrade to 3 stars. and it works and charges my macbook. If it continues without problems, I will update the rating.
