I've used it for about a year, and during that time nothing has failed and the mechanism still functions flawlessly. purchased for use at a computer (for more than 8 hours per day). The major criteria were ease of use and attractiveness. One of the most comfy chairs I've ever sat in overall. Due to the unique swing mechanism, you smoothly drop yourself under your own weight rather of falling backwards. Although the seat is broad enough for me to comfortably sit in Turkish, I believe it would be awkward for a full person. The headrest's placement is appropriate for my height of 162 cm; nothing is out of place. To avoid sticking to the seat, I chose the cloth variant. In addition, I've read that leatherette tends to peel off over time (not specifically on this chair, but generally speaking); fabrics don't do this.
