It's a really nice belt that has lasted me a year (and still going)
I decided to try this belt over the traditional belt with holes and found this kind of belt extremely convenient. It looks nice, fits well, and is easily adjustable. I have lost a considerable amount of weight over the last year and this belt still fits because I can cut off as much length on it as I need when I need it. It's super durable and I appreciate the minimalist design. It's also much easier and quicker to put on than a traditional belt because of its design. My only gripe with this belt is that the center (metal) piece can sometimes get lodged into my skin because I tend to sit a bit leaning forward but that is only a minor inconvenience compared to the many benefits this belt has given me. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to try this style of belt.
