UNFORTUNATE CUSTOMER for Bags, Cases & Covers

UPDATE: So I got my new case which was amazing for a couple of weeks but then the buttons stopped working. Then I returned it and got another one. He worked a few days before he started playing. So it's clearly an issue with the Bluetooth keyboard itself. They say there's nothing they can do about it, so I'd give 0 stars if I could. I mean it was great that they gave me a new case due to defects but they clearly have product quality issues when I had to use 3 different keyboards and they all broke within a few weeks. I would be wary of potential new customers. So I got this for my dad for his birthday, but turns out he didn't really like using a bluetooth keyboard (he can't touch) so I inherited it for my iPad instead. A few things I don't really like about this case: 1) the iPad 2 fits but does wobble a bit so if you try to take pictures through the small built in opening it probably won't work. Work too well as it is not centered. It's a shame, but I rarely take photos with the iPad. 2) The keys stick a little, which is a little annoying. Just so you know, my dad got his iPad about 5 months ago and I just got mine last week. So I was excited to dust off this case and use it for myself. However, when I charge it for the first time, the micro USB comes out! awful awful, especially since I know my father didn't use a keyboard at all. I contact the seller and to my surprise they offer to send me a free replacement (as this is a defective item the USB port really shouldn't fail after a few uses) and a pre-paid label to wrap around my existing case to send back. . In terms of the case itself, this is probably a 3 or 4 star product, alright, very good value for what you get; However, the seller got more than 5 stars because he offered me to replace it for free without me arguing about it. It's unusual these days not to have to fight for things like this, great customer service! It really makes me feel better about buying things online in general.
