I really like this product but there are a few downsides. However, I don't have any major problems with it. First, the instruction manual for the product is a fold-out sheet with English on one side and (I think) Chinese on the other. Instructions in English (yes, I, the man, actually read the instructions) are read as if a non-English speaker used a translator to write.
