Great device but hard to carry

Like most people, I have studied keyboards carefully before buying them. And I don't really write reviews, but for this product I decided to stop. I love the keyboard. I'm not a huge email fan, but I wanted this to be a big upgrade for my amazing iPad. He is approachable and very attractive. But this device also has disadvantages. This adds a lot of weight. I mean it's hard now! And my first iPad case had a velor closure, which this case doesn't have. That extra flap is a pain when typing on an unstable surface like on your lap, especially since it doesn't help keep the case closed. I would suggest a little thinner attachment system. When I'm not using the keyboard, like when I'm playing games, I just fold it up and usually put it on my pillow. I wish it could be held more firmly in my lap when trying to type without the support of a pillow. At first it was very easy to connect to Bluetooth. And every time it connects with no problems. I just turn it off when not needed. So I can't say anything about the battery life. It was great to have the keyboard charger plugged into the iPad docking station, no need to charge a computer. However, both cords must always be carried. This makes it functional, attractive, but weighty.

Pros
  • Useful for more than intended purpose
Cons
  • Makes me nervous
