Adequate but HOT in my rating.
Good shoes. comfortable, they got very hot, but i'm in texas. I feel like I've lost most of my body moisture in my feet. Ventilation is minimal, the material is insulating. The rest is very comfortable, but that's only after one ride. Will be updated.

- May cause hot spots on legs leading to irritation
