I've had a 'hidden' fixing situation with all brands where a piece of metal is fixed to the wall, then the the base plate Your lamp is screwed to a piece of metal attached to the wall. After a few years even with a top brand it all came loose, I couldn't tighten it enough and the bracket kept coming off the wall (my house and other properties I own that have renters). So these Monarch Adobe fasteners have visible mounting screws and represent a simple situation where they screw straight into the stud (or Molly if you have drywall) and stay in place. They don't move or shake. If you pull them out of the wall, you'll have other problems. It is great. I just bought some towel rails after my expensive branded towel rail just fell off the wall when I was gently tugging on the towel to dry my hands. I am gentle with everything; I expect that with careful use in a family of two gentle people things will last for many years.
