I like it, I'm glad I bought it, but it knocks on the wall quite loudly.

I love it. I had to put a rubber stopper on the wall, it slammed against the wall and was very noisy even through a hanging towel. But still like it and no one notices the tiny rubber stopper. A matching decorative element would be a nice addition!

equipment included. nope

No hardware here, so I have to go to the hardware store and see if I can find something suitable. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but for me it's a two and a half hour round trip over 26 miles of rough gravel road. The product itself looks good and matches the sink, but I ordered it for convenience, which is not the case. longer than that.

Very strong and beautiful for a busy bathroom

This part installs by screwing directly into the wall (Molly). I replaced a bracket that was supposed to mount to a hidden bracket, but after a few years it wouldn't stay on the bracket and the bracket kept coming off the wall when we dried our hands with a towel. This device is a HUGE improvement over the other.

Looks great best in towel rings

One thing I have to say first, this review is based on my second review. I had to return the first one. The ring got stuck and was difficult to move back and forth, which didn't bother me too much, but there was significant wear/abrasion on the face of the ring where the black finish was gone. Because the ring doesn't rotate, it can't be covered. My new one is much more agile (doesn't spin yet, but I really don't want to). It also looks great. You must have some understanding of how to place…

Nice copper. Missing screws.

One of the towel rings is missing screws. The contractor cannot do the installation as copper screws are required. Otherwise I like the look and they feel heavy. Try to figure out how to get a set of screws without having to send the whole thing back. UPDATERevain cannot ship replacement screws. Instead they send me a brand new towel ring with screws to be delivered today. I've found that Revain always does the right thing. Now handymen have installed a toilet paper holder and three towel rings

Fixing directly to the wall (maybe additionally with Mollys, depending on the situation)

I've had a 'hidden' fixing situation with all brands where a piece of metal is fixed to the wall, then the the base plate Your lamp is screwed to a piece of metal attached to the wall. After a few years even with a top brand it all came loose, I couldn't tighten it enough and the bracket kept coming off the wall (my house and other properties I own that have renters).
