Unfortunately, the collection of electrical equipment and home improvement products that NEARPOW offers did not live up to my dreams and high expectations. I had high hopes for them. Even though they have a large variety of things to choose from, the quality of those products leaves a lot to be desired. The dimmers and switches that I bought from NEARPOW were difficult to install and did not function correctly after being installed. In addition, the reliability of their electrical tools was not as high as I had anticipated it would be, which resulted in a number of aggravating setbacks for me while I was working on my home renovation tasks. In addition to that, I did not appreciate the client service that they provided. When I tried to get in touch with them to ask for assistance with my products, I was received with responses that weren't very helpful and I had to wait a long time. In general, I would not suggest NEARPOW to anyone who is searching for high-quality electrical tools or things related to home improvement. Although they may have a large assortment, the quality of both the products and the assistance they provide to customers is simply not up to grade.
