We use them for cat toys, but they are a good gift for a children's party.
We got them at the Oktoberfest at school when my kids were little. They are great toys for kittens. (Of course under supervision). We have now purchased three rescue kittens and it occurred to me that I should see if I could order them online. The smallest pack I was able to get hold of was 25 but they last a long time and are a very cheap form of entertainment and exercise for kittens. We love her. They are also a great gift for a children's party.
