Why don't you disclose that they aren't certified for use in 2022 and so not covered by the warranty, I ask the vendor? Is the assurance still valid, and if so, what steps will you take to implement them? Problem addressed, headphones accepted, money refunded. They said there was a problem with the delivery. Includes advantages: Using them for extended periods of time causes discomfort, but the headphones themselves are functional and raise no issues (albeit the front of the box is slightly worn, though they were still packaged). The music sounds great, and the call quality is outstanding. Various drawbacks: I initially didn't think wearing them hurt since. I tried them on for length of time before purchasing, and found that after 30 minutes of wear, discomfort sets in. When properly fitted, even minor adjustments of a few millimeters will not have any useful results. I called customer care to see if I could obtain replacement overlays (I had read that they fixed the problem; I use small ones, but they don't fit and are too hard), but they identified the headphones as being from the United Arab Emirates and saying that they weren't certified until 2022.
