After six months of operation, the steel plate unexpectedly bent, which directly presses on the gas lift button, and which, apparently, bears the entire load (not strong in technology and terminology). As a result, the seat of the chair tilts strongly from side to side, the gas lift and the rocking mechanism do not work. I weigh less than 80 kg, I didn’t sit on it all day long, didn’t swing, didn’t jump, etc. The most interesting thing is that absolutely the same defect appeared on the BUROCRAT Ch-868AXSN chair, which is more than 2 times more expensive, but it served at least 3 years. I don’t see the point in restoring the receipt, disassembling and taking the chair for 3.5 thousand to a service, where, at best, they will change the mechanism to the same one with a frail plate, it’s easier to take a new normal one. The manufacturer's support service is silent. It seems that if the chair is not for a child, then there is no point in taking a BUREAUCRATE - it will fall apart. I will look at other manufacturers.
