This pet house is perfect for small pets. In my case, I got it for my already claimed cats. The house does not come with instructions but there are very few and the instructions are on a list very easy to follow. Overall assembly was very easy, the only part I got stuck on was connecting the two parts of the roof, but that was more of a mistake on my part. The quality of the wood is very good. I dropped a few pieces here and there and it still has no scuffs. It's also a light color so you can customize it even more if you'd like with paint or stickers. Included was a small pillow which was definitely a plus and fitted perfectly into the house. My cat spends all her free time indoors when not eating and she loves it. When the house is built, it is very light, so you can move it around as you wish. Parts of the roof also slide right off, so you can just take it off and take out the pad, clean it or whatever without taking it all apart or trying to stick your hand through the entrance.
