Review on 🧤 Medium MedPride Powder-Free Nitrile Gloves by Ben Diesel

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Never again - easily tear, NEVER those 3.5mm thick nitrile gloves!

I feel like a nut with my experience wearing these blue MedPride nitrile gloves. They have a perfect 5 star rating from 5805 reviewers and I'm sitting here trying to figure out how that's possible when I've literally ripped every pair in half just by picking them up. In my experience, MedPride's blue nitrile gloves are of extremely poor quality. I have not had this problem with any other blue nitrile glove supplier and have used a box every month for the past five years. I always keep a box of nitrile gloves in the garage for cleaning, car work, using chemicals, etc. My subscription and savings order usually delivers 100 boxes of GNEP-1P from Safe Zone each month, which is perfect. Unfortunately, I ran out of my usual load of gloves in the middle of the month. So I quickly ordered what I thought was the same product on my phone. It's not like this. I accidentally bought these blue nitrile gloves from MedPride. What a mistake. The supplier claims they are 3.5mm thick in the Q&A, but I can't believe it. The blue GNEP-1P nitrile I usually use is 3.6mm thick and I've never had a problem tearing them apart, especially when putting on a new pair. I was also surprised to see that these MedPride nitrile gloves are quickly damaged by cleaning chemicals. do not affect the GNEP-1P gloves in any way. The fingertips of the MedPride gloves also fell off quickly when I cleaned with chemicals. See I rarely write reviews but felt I had to share my experience as healthcare professionals were also purchasing these gloves. In retrospect, I should have been a bit more cautious with the perfect 5 star rating from all of these reviewers. It just seems like a ton of excited and happy customers for a product that hasn't even met any of my expectations for quality blue nitrile gloves. To be honest I have no idea why these blue MedPride nitrile gloves are so popular. They are weaker and more expensive than the others. I get a higher quality GNEP-1P through a subscription and save only $7.84 for a box of 100. Looking ahead, I can assure you that I will no longer be buying MedPride products.
