Everything looked very nice at first and was exactly as expected, but the motor stopped working after less than a week which doesn't mean we have it on 7/24 so it's very frustrating. It was also a bit tricky to inflate the tail as someone else wrote, but that's because most of the tail is sewn up and only connected to the main body by a slit about 1-2 inches wide. Holding it open will inflate the tail, but of course it won't stay inflated when you turn it off. So if you want the cock to be completely filled you'll have to do it every time, which isn't difficult though can be annoying. Again, this is less annoying than stopping the fan completely. We checked several outlets, although the problem was obviously in the motor: the light came on but the fan didn't, so we knew power was arriving normally. It just didn't work anymore. The sandbag inside isn't very heavy either, so make sure you have something strong to tie it down or anchor it to the ground. I really wanted to love it. We even named it but it sucks that by the time I get my refund it's too late to order a new one because it doesn't get delivered before Halloween which spoils the point.
