Great for internal operations and managing customers
I like how it's easy enough so new employees can use without training or consulting from experienced users (like myself).
The tool itself could be improved by making some of its functions available via API rather than as text files which are difficult/impossible when working remotely. We've been able to automate many tasks previously done manually including email outreach campaigns & handling customer support inquiries through chatbots hosted within this system - saving valuable time spent doing manual workflows each day.
