It's so cute! BUT I HAD TO RETURN IT * I was torn from glory because it's REALLY CUTE, GOOD QUALITY, GOOD WORKSHOP (5 stars) --- but it was way bigger than advertised. This is not the best design for a small dog. The measurements listed for XS are incorrect. The collar was 5/8" wide, not 3/8". That's a big difference when your dog weighs 6.5 pounds. Also, the flowers, buckle, and hardware are huge and relatively heavy. Everything was very tight in XS and quickly slid around her neck to rest against her throat - she couldn't bend her neck! :( Even if it was a little bigger than a 10-12 lb dog, I wouldn't buy it. You shouldn't sell it for S or XS dogs.
