So I read all the reviews on this product and similar products. But after all my research, J-Tech turned out to be one of the best, so I bought an extension cord. It seemed easy enough. Everything connected and nothing. There is no picture. So I spent a day troubleshooting. I made sure that all components work by themselves when not connected to an extension cord. So it had to be an extension cord, right? So I sent a long email to J-Tech. The next morning, Nathon G. from tech support replied and asked me to try another troubleshooting method to make sure the extension worked, which I was able to verify. The next day he sent me information from the manual for my monitor and recommended reducing the refresh rate on the dashcam. Do not you know that? Boom works like a charm. Excellent response time and very thorough analysis of other components of my system that actually caused the problem. I will definitely buy J-Tech in the future and recommend their products.
