Trust me. I've tried several Bluetooth headphones (8 so far), different designs, different manufacturers, but this one is by far the best. My search is over. I like the fit, they hang at the back of the ear so there is no problem with them loosening or falling out and the earbud sits snugly in the ear. It's more like an earbud, it has a rubber tip that fits the ear so snugly that it's loud when it's on, so I have to turn it off first. All say the clarity is excellent, no distortion or issues. listening to me (compared to using the Plantronics M180, people said I sound muffled and couldn't hear myself and I could never get it to stay in my ear, always had to use the hook attachment and even then it would come off and I keep trying to put it back on while it was off the hook). It's similar to my Plantronics Voyager, but without the mic boom that swings down the cheek, making it more awkward to just toss in a bag without damaging it. and it's hard to get it back. It also had good sound quality, but I needed an earbud that I could just slip into my shirt pocket, or sometimes my pants pocket, and easily retrieve without damaging it. I was worried that this mount wouldn't affect the sound quality, but everyone says it's the clearest sound I've heard when talking to them. It comes with a small case (see above) for a little extra protection and I usually use it but no problem if I just put it in my shirt pocket without the case. I've had it for 3 days now so there's probably still something to do, but it does everything I could want from a bluetooth earbud: handles phone calls, handles music (although I usually use my stereo bluetooth for music), Allow voice commands. I miss Plantronics telling me how many hours of battery life I have left, but I can see it if I go to Bluetooth settings on my phone and show Connections, where the percentage of battery remaining is shown under the device name. I often forget to turn off the handset when I'm done, so I miss being able to just press the Plantronics button to see if I forgot to turn it off or not. When I take it off and touch the power button, the light glows either blue (on) or red or off (off). Or I can view connected Bluetooth devices or just press and hold the power button. It's called A8, I renamed it A8-Red to differentiate it from other Bluetooth devices I've tried and haven't tried yet. removed: M26-Blue, PLT_M180-White, AB-Shutter3, PLT_VoyagerPro, PLT_BB903+ (stereo headset), etc. Summary: Ease of use, secure fit, sound quality = 2 thumbs up.
