I was a bit disappointed when I received my package. I figured I should get more for what I paid. However, according to the label, a pack makes 15-30 cups of tea, so I figured if that's true then that's not a bad price. As I like very strong tea I figured if I had ten cups I would be happy. Then I tried. I followed the directions for 1.5 tsp per 8 ounces of water. I have a 16 ounce French Press so I add 3 teaspoons. It seemed like a small amount and I expected the tea to be a bit weak. I was wrong. It was like thick blueberry juice. I ended up having to cut it in half. It was still very strong. And very tasty. I also immediately felt the invigoration that some herbal teas often give me. I have a cold, I feel tired and I have a headache. I will order a few other varieties.
