Very good, not great. Spend a little more to get more programmable buttons.

Yealink makes great phones. We have hundreds of them scattered in different offices around the country and we really like them. They're well made, have great sound and are very easy to set up, especially when compared to Cisco, Polycom and Snom phones. My only issue with this particular model is that it doesn't have enough programmable buttons for the price. For a few dollars you can get a Yealink phone with 8 or 10 programmable buttons. If you want to use a PBX, you need as many keys as possible. We use VoiSip phone system and Yealink 10 button phones. So we can program 2 as "lines", plus 1 park, 1 group intercom, 1 normal intercom and still have 5 buttons for "busy" buttons, transfers, whatever. So if you have a very small office, say 1 or 2 users, and don't really need the PBX features, then this phone is fine. However, you can't upgrade to more buttons without changing your phone. So if you have multiple users and a PBX, don't stand in a corner. Spend a few bucks more for a larger model with more buttons.
