I would highly recommend it to anyone

I bought this because I was suffering from a severe sinus infection and knew I wasn't hydrated enough. I'm an adult and I know that sports drinks contain way too much sugar. Within an hour of drinking a full liter my sinuses began to empty. I will be using this regularly when I'm sick or wanting to prevent/cure a hangover. I highly recommend it to everyone!
