I call this brace tucked away! I love Leuco Tape and am so glad the price has come down from the outrageous $68 per roll my PT charged me ten years ago when I first started using it. I have a perineal tendon that won't stay where it should be. I had surgery and needed to use an ankle brace or brace and I HATE them. That's why I make myself a corset out of leukotape. My PT taught me how to use it and I've been using it for years. You can usually find videos on Youtube that show you how to do it. I've never twisted my ankle while wearing it. It's very sticky and you need white tape to line it, but I usually just stick it to my skin and think that when I take it off I'll peel off. . You can also shower with it, just pat it dry, or use a hair dryer if you're worried about it getting wet. It lasts at least two days per application, sometimes three. And it's a lot easier to pack than an ankle brace!
