Fits perfectly. It has a cinch on the side that you can make the hat smaller if you need too. Also has a cinch under the neck to keep it on the kids hear. It’s adorned on. Nice size flap to keep the sun of their face without inhibiting them from seeing properly. Totally buying this hat again in other colors.
- Larger than expected but good quality.
- The hat may not be comfortable for babies who don't like wearing hats
