They are GREAT especially for a small or narrow area.

I love them. They need instruction on how to keep your legs against the leg piece while sitting up straight when you are trying to open and close it as it comes out really easy then, otherwise if you are just sitting back it is very hard to pull the lever to pop it up and also to put it down. They fit perfectly in a tiny house or RV.
