We were looking for a solution that would enable us to have a single platform and store all information related to our customers in one place. I liked the capability of being able to access everything at any time as well as adding new features whenever we wanted. The customer support is also top-notch. It’s hard to find fault with this software. There really isn’t anything I dislike about it. This is probably the best CRM software out there as far as price goes. My only concern was making sure my users knew how to use it effectively, but the training provided by Effortix worked very well. Our user adoption rate has greatly increased since we started using this software and I believe they had some part in that success.
