This product really helps! I have very high arches, I'm overweight, I work over 40 hours a week in a factory, stand on concrete, and then another 20 hours in a shop. My poor feet have a hard life. After being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, I was in dire need of pain relief. I've tried medication and injections (which only end up making things worse) and decided to give this kit a try. The ball with spikes is SUPER! I can really feel the blood circulating after using it. I also use banded arch braces when walking around the house, it takes the pressure off my legs. Compression stockings annoy me, but I'm fat and have big ankles, so that's probably why. I suggest using a night tire along with this kit.
