After trying this product, I can confidently say it's not worth the money. While it did give me an initial boost of energy, it left me feeling jittery and anxious. And the crash afterwards was brutal. Plus, upon closer inspection, I found that it contains questionable ingredients that I wouldn't want in my body. Save your health and household budget and choose a different pre-workout.
